The team spent time meeting with both new and existing customers and gaining valuable insights on what’s happening in the Chinese dairy industry.
The key takeaway was how rapidly China’s dairy product mix has developed in the last few years, with a clear direction toward valorisation. Use of locally produced butter, skim milk powder, and proteins such as casein is increasing, with exports of some of these products also on the rise.
